Authors wishing to present a paper at the conference are encouraged to submit their abstract(s) to the
ASSE-MEC 9th PDC&E Program Chairman, Mr. Robert L. Smith, via e-mail to
program.asse.mec@gmail.com. The abstract should not be longer than 300 words summarizing the paper and presentation, highlighting its importance to the conference and to which category of topics the paper is proposed. For more information, please visit the
